INVARA REAL ESTATE is a boutique real estate investment firm specialised in income-producing buildings — assets that generate income from the first day of investment. We select, analyse and accompany transactions for private and institutional investors seeking to preserve and grow their wealth with judgement and a long-term perspective.

We do not seek volume. We seek deals that make sense. Every asset we analyse passes through a rigorous filter combining thorough financial analysis, legal and technical review, and a realistic assessment of risk. We only present to our investors what would survive our own scrutiny as owners.

Discretion is a central part of our work. Many of the transactions we intermediate never reach the open market — we identify them first, analyse them carefully and present them directly to the right investors.

The founding team

INVARA’s founding team brings together over 30 years of combined experience in banking, real estate, wealth management, architecture and real estate management. We come from environments where rigour, confidentiality and long-term thinking are not options — they are the standard.

Throughout our careers we have intermediated in the sale and purchase of singular assets — office buildings, industrial units, hotels, care homes —.
