INVARA's founding team brings together more than 30 years of combined experience in banking, real estate, wealth management, architecture and property management. Throughout their careers they have brokered the sale and purchase of distinctive assets — office buildings, industrial units, hotels, senior residences and more — with deal sizes exceeding one million euros.
We focus on income-producing buildings: assets that already generate income and offer a clear path to long-term optimisation and value growth. We do not work with land, development or short-term speculative deals.
After the first contact, we get to know your profile and interests as an investor. When an opportunity that matches our selection criteria comes up, we present it together with our analysis. If there is interest, we support the due diligence process through to closing.
We don't set a minimum ticket. Each deal is assessed individually on its own merits, and we tailor the investment structure to each investor's profile.
We originated in Zaragoza and Aragón, but we are not limited to this region: we review deals in other areas whenever the asset meets our selection and analysis criteria.
We don't follow a fixed schedule or a volume target: we only present a deal once it passes our selection and analysis filter. We'd rather review ten deals and execute one than execute ten without sufficient conviction.
We work with a small number of investors and avoid unnecessary exposure of deals and the people involved, handling every detail of the process with the confidentiality of a family office.
